This is the right word to start a post after JIBCON 3 weekend because we are truly overwhelmed by all the sweet emails and messages you have been sending us in these past days. When a party ends usually everyone is tired and a bit sad so wrapping up loose ends it’s the hardest work ever, but with you guys it’s impossible to feel blue! You keep spreading joy and enthusiasm, sharing your feelings with us and telling us what JIBCON 3 meant to you. Your support, your affection give us energy like we’re a big family and we all belong together here in Roma, guests, fans and staff!

And our utmost thank you goes to our marvelous guests for being so nice, funny and lovely all the time, for being such a great company and for making working with them a pleasure.

Thanks to Jensen and Jared who always make JIBCON a daydreaming experience, to our “JIB-Veterans” Misha, Richard, Jason and Steve for being with us in this adventure from the start and for making it special. Thanks to Jim, Sebastian and Rob for coming back year after year, and to Brock and Mark for joining us, you guys are fantastic!

Another acknowledgement is due to all the people who have worked hard helping us before and at the convention to make it run smoothly, so thank you to Luca M. and the security guys, you did an amazing job! Finally we’re here with the so awaited schedule for the convention! You find it HERE, you don’t need to print it because we will hand it to you at registration desk with everything else from pass to convention booklet.

Please do remember that convention is a live event so this schedule can be modified for unforeseen reasons at any time before or at the convention, hence once at the Hilton pay attention to the timetables that will be posted before the various rooms and to the announcements that the staff will do for any change. We also wish to remind you that JIBCON3 is a 3 days event so to be sure you can have all your autographs and photo ops you need to be here the whole 3 days, not 1 day or a part of 1 day.

If you miss some activities because you were not there when the staff announced the change we won’t take responsibility.

Emails

We wish to inform all of you that from Sunday April 15th since 6.00 p.m. we won’t be replying to any email anymore. All the staff will be busy with final arrangements for the conventions and away from office. So be aware that any doubt or question you may have need to be addressed before that moment.

For really urgent matter you will be able to phone us at +39 3460132094 but please don’t abuse this because we do need to work to make everything run as smoothly as possible and we can’t keep repeating the same things over and over again. So search the information you need on the website before calling us and be aware we could not be able to get calls all the time.

Underage participants

If you have not done so yet you must have your parents filling permission to get admission to the convention and if you’ve reserved a room at the Hilton to get it.
You have to print permissions fill them and bring them to the convention.

Accreditation and getting your pass badge

We remind you once again that to register at the convention and to access convention premises you must produce:

1. Your pass receipt that is your personal invitation plus all your photo ops, autographs etc… email receipts (you just need first page of each email and you can print it in black/white. The terms&conditions page is just for your information, we don’t need it at the con desk)
2. An ID DOCUMENT with a picture of you to show at the convention registration desk.

Without either of them you will not be allowed inside. You CANNOT have someone else pick up your pass badge for any reasons.

Merchandise, printed photos.

There will be various gadgets and photos available for you to pick up, but please consider only way to give minimum required contribution for them is going to be cash in Euro. We won’t accept credit cards, other currencies or bank checks. Inside the Hilton hotel there is a cash machine which will work as long as there is cash availability of course.

JIB Poster

There is an official poster of JIBCON 3 but it will be a surprise. You will be able to see it only at the convention.

ROMAN HOLIDAY

RH instructions both in English and in Italian have been send out to people taking part in this special activity (ONLY TO THEM if you are not part of RH you will not receive them). If you are part of it and you have not received the instruction email please contact us so we can send it again.

And least but not last we are happy to let you know that ANDREA CASTA will be with us again, you will find him on stage providing good company as usual!

How’re you? Are you ready to enjoy the upcoming holidays? We hope so and we’re here to cheer you up with a great news, a true Christmas gift delivered in advance to all of us!

Lots of you met him at first JIB Con and were keen on having him again with us, others who had missed this chance were eager to make up for it, that’s why we really want to thank Jim for joining us again! We also wish to express our gratitude to everyone who offered donations and supported us in the last months. Thanks to you we’re going to be together again next spring hopefully enjoying a spectacular convention!

Jim is a bonus guest so no pass includes his autograph, you’ll be able to request them along with photo ops and Meet&Greet starting next January 14th. We’ll give you all details at the beginning of new year.

Hello folks!

For the 2nd time in as many days we’re bringing you a new guest, and we’re sure you will find the new guy and amazing addition to our guest list.

We haven’t had the chance to meet him personally yet, but we know those of you who did loved him to the bones and told us he is charming, witty and incredibly funny. One thing we know already: he is a great actor and his characters leave a long lasting impression like it happened with his role of Lucifer.

We’re really happy he could join us and we’re sure you are too and you’ll welcome him next April!

With Mark as our 9th we are closing our guest list, well at least for a few months. Of course if your support is so strong to exceed our expectations and your requests for extras such as photo ops, autographs, m&g and so on is larger than what we calculated for convention budget we will be more than happy to bring you other guests and believe us when we say we would love too!

So at this point we’re done our part and now it’s up to all of you. Anyway we’re sure we will have an amazing time together next April and we will do our best so anyone can have a lot of fun!
